The Women’s March begins at Pershing Square 532 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013 and marches to City Hall.  Read below to learn about Metro, bus, trains, rideshare, and parking.

New to taking the train or bus to DTLA? Here’s all you need to know: Trains may be delayed due to congestion; allow plenty of time to arrive early. Buy your TAP farecard before the March to save time.  DTLA bus and rail routes

Metro Light Rail (

Arriving on the Blue or Expo line? Exit 7th St. Metro Center station, use Hope St exit.
Arriving on the Red or Purple line? Exit Pershing Square station. There is a Free Cityline Local shuttle throughout West Hollywood to the Hollywood & Highland metro station that picks up every 15 minutes between 7 and 9 a.m. on the morning of the Women’s March.
Arriving on the Gold line? Ride to Union Station and transfer there to the Red or Purple line to Pershing Square station.
Arriving on the Silver line bus?  Exit 7th St.

Metrolink Regional Rail


When your Metrolink or Amtrak train arrives at Union Station, transfer to the Red or Purple line to Pershing Square. Exit at Olive Street. To avoid crowds at station ticket vending machines, buy your ticket on the Metrolink App. Purchase a Weekend Day Pass for $10 for unlimited travel all day including Metro light rail.

Join other marchers on discounted charter buses to the march.  Go to to select your nearest location. Buses are departing from college campuses and communities across 5 counties.  Contact for more information.

Send the following information to
Group name, number of buses, contact name, mobile, email, arrival and departure times.
A week before the march we will send you a bus permit with parking, pick-up, and drop-off details. Volunteers will greet your bus riders and direct you to the march. Please arrive by 8am to avoid road closures.

Drop-offs, Taxis, or Rideshare

The recommended drop-off area is near the corner of 7th & Olive.

Women’s March Los Angeles is not providing buses or arranging transportation to the March.  

Parking:  Please see map below for parking lots near Pershing Square. We recommend taking a ride sharing or public transportation service to the March, as downtown will be congested. Please be aware that while there will be posted street closures, this is a dynamic situation and LAPD may deem it necessary to close additional streets and roads. Be prepared by not parking in areas that may not allow you to access or depart in your vehicle.
